of an individual does not depend totally on workout but it depends on
nutrition as well.How a person spends remaining hours except workout
hours defines his/her body.

There are two types of nutrients which is required for body
- Macro nutrients
- Micro nutrients
Macro nutrients
Macro
nutrients is a nutrient which provides calories and energy.Nutrients is
a substance which is needed for growth,proper body function and
metabolism. Macro means large and the name Macro nutrients means the
nutrient which is required in large quantity.
There are three macro nutrients
- Carbohydrates
- Proteins
- Fats
Micro nutrients
- Multi vitamins
- Minerals
